It doesn’t have to be this way, for we each have within us a secret superpower - an evolutionary tool that has carried humanity from mid-food-chain primate to the dominant presence on the planet.

That secret is story.

We use stories to encode and transmit crucial information; to forge relationships; and to navigate and create change.

Crucially, stories enable us to simulate experiences of danger without the risk. For innovators, this means the people we need can experience our visions and their impact, before they invest their time, money, identity or reputation in us.  

Story is simple, but not easy.

Despite swimming in stories throughout our lives, most of us lack the confidence to share our own with authenticity and conviction.
