Story for Innovators
This program is designed inform and inspire - revealing the hidden role of narrative in our culture and individual lives. Participants see how stories are an evolutionary superpower - a means for creating change, forging relationships and leading innovation. Participants learn to recognise their defining narratives as leaders, innovators and 'salesmen', and how those stories can be shaped and refined to create sustainable businesses.
STORY AS BRAND - FOUNDATIONS
Innovators need to position and frame their ideas, causes, products and businesses to attract the people they need. The business world normally approaches this through the lens of 'brand'. Si believes that the lens of 'story' offers a more authentic and empowering context to this process. This program provides a proven process to help innovators identify their core story and to use it across all traditional brand touch points.

STORY AS BRAND - ADVANCED
As someone who has created branded content for many of the world's most valuable brands, Si knows most branding is bullshit - inauthentic constructs designed to exploit 'targets', rather than genuine reflections of the values and culture from which the business has grown. Si believes that in order to attract the right people, and to be sustainable, organisations need to find harmony between the stories that are defining their brand, culture, strategy and leadership.
